Training, Support & Development

Total Event Solutions have strong ethics and opinions on the value of training within their teams. Training not only enhances people’s capabilities when working, giving them the extra information needed, it also develops and improves confidence to deal with situations that before the training they would have felt less equipped to handle.
This training also makes them feel valued within our organisations, creating a more positive working ethos alongside boosted loyalty towards TES.
Part of our company induction includes on the ground training – working in a buddy system until the staff member is assessed by the supervisor in a positive way. This is then followed by including the staff member in our extensive, bespoke and industry-relevant training programme.
