Trainee Event Planner – Immediate Start!

TES is a division of BUKO that delivers staffing to many events nationwide and has been part of the BUKO family since June 2021. Now, due to continued growth, we are expanding our teams with new roles to support our existing teams.

Here at Total Event Solutions in Maidstone we are looking for a motivated Trainee Event Planner to join our growing team!

You will gain hands-on experience supporting major events, working with established clients, and learning from an expert team. Over time, you will have the opportunity to manage your own events, covering all aspects from planning to delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Self-motivated, confident, and professional
• Full driving license with car is essential
• Organised and reliable, with a positive attitude
• Ideally, a good level of event industry knowledge (not necessarily in planning management) and previous experience working on events
